Vaibhav Nadgauda is Managing Partner at Moneta Ventures and CEO of App Orchid. Vaibhav’s career spans multiple decades with leadership roles both as an operator and an investor.
As Managing Partner with Moneta, Vaibhav has been involved in all aspects of investing, from helping identify the right investment opportunities to guiding portfolio companies operationally as an active board member to helping companies exit.
Prior to Moneta, Vaibhav played executive, management and operational roles. This includes co-founding Sparta Consulting, where he served as Executive Vice President, driving significant growth that exceeded $125 million in revenue within five years. After a successful exit at Sparta to KPIT, he continued as President of the SAP Business Unit at KPIT. He also held the role of Vice President of Corporate Development and Global Delivery at Fujitsu, managing a global portfolio of Managed Services offerings. Prior to that, he was with Siemens. With over three decades of experience, Vaibhav combines a profound understanding of business dynamics with a track record of success.
