Steve Peters is a Director of Fund Investing at Wells Fargo Strategic Capital (“WFSC”), a subsidiary of Wells Fargo & Company.  WFSC and its predecessor has been providing unique capital solutions since 1997, with current AUM of approximately $3 billion.  In his current role, Steve manages a portfolio of private equity and private debt limited partnership interests and serves on numerous LP Advisory Boards. Over his 30 year career in financial services, Steve has developed deep relationships within the private equity community and has directly originated and structured investments into a wide range of lower-middle market businesses. Steve began his career at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation after graduating from the University of Iowa, where he majored in Finance.  Steve also completed his Masters of Business Administration at the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management.  Steve resides in Maple Grove, MN, along with his wife and three children.
